Hi. I ran the 8.4.8 version of this. I get a pop-up asking me to find the cookie with the name sess for the relevant website. No cookie with that name exists. I tried pasting the “Contents” of all other cookies for the website, individually, but I keep getting an “RetVal=0&Error=This document is in use on a different computer.” error. I also tried monitoring all other cookie activity while I download the file to find other cookies that might be related, but I keep getting the same error. Any suggestions?

I got it to work. Basically you cannot have the file locked to your computer when you run ineptpdf. It must be unlocked first. In addition, I found that the cookie is not called “sess”, it is called fpc… (a string of numbers after). I copied the contents from this cookie and it works.

The ‘cookie session authentication’ decryption is still under development and won’t always work.

why this coincidence didn’t took place in advance!
